Refund & Cancellation Policy

Nival Samuday Kalyan Sangh is a non-profit organization working for social welfare. All donations made through our website (https://nivalsociety.org) are voluntary.

1. No Refund Policy
Donations once made are non-refundable. As a charitable organization, funds are immediately utilized for ongoing social welfare activities.

2. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
• Duplicate transaction
• Incorrect amount deducted due to technical error

In such cases, the donor must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

3. Refund Process
If a refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation
Since donations are voluntary contributions, cancellation is not applicable once the transaction is completed.
